Stay away - Would not recommend company or any team at CN. Rating of 3.2 is very accurate.

Pros

Salary. Everything else is subpar including health benefits, stock, DCPP.

Cons

Overtime. Not appreciated. Benefits are subpar compared to big companies. HR is absent. The only HR team that exist is for recruiting and firing. No such thing as support HR. Good luck asking help from HR.
