Work is interesting and the co-workers are friendly.

Cons

Management are full of Italian crooks, who only look after their own. All they do is try to be your friend and screw you over with your pay! Deceptive, childish and unprofessional work environment. If you are NOT ITALIAN, you will get screwed!!

Good salary and benefits, that's about it. Some employees are fun to work with. Safe working conditions as long as it doesn't cost money.

Cons

24 h services, no weekends, no recognition. Very few motivated people. Pmrc's system is humiliating and useless. Still working like in 1889.
