Money is decent. Employee share program is good.

Cons

Schedule is awful. Don't expect weekends off for at least 3 years. Working environment not great - it's a very 'them' vs 'us' mentality between the union workers and management. The union is useless, as was our union representative.

Too much Micro managing, blanket policies put in place without thought or planning process. Stress levels are rediculous, upper management needs to learn how to treat people like people.
