Can't think of any. Other than moving trains, there is little else this company does well.

Cons

Terrible leadership. Dishonest leaders. Inability to make a decision and stick to it. Beholden to quarterly results at the expense of the long-term. Low trust culture. Openly competitive and histile between teams. Not welcoming to newcomers. Lack of true diversity and inclusion (respect for other opinions). Values are just empty words on a page. Just a horrible place to work. Stay away.

Pros

Money is good. Working from home is now possible. They're basically in an almost monopolistic position which prevents them to fail and go out of business. Great benefits. Fundamentally, the projects are really interesting.

Cons

You'll work in a very political environment. You'll face disorganized product development, dysfunctional teams, and disregards of proper methodologies. Competent players are hard to find, business stakeholders will most likely disregard your input. Working in silos. UX maturity level at the lowest you'll find.
