I had dedicated long hours (Sometimes from 10:00 AM to next day 04:00 AM) and provided significant support for a Go-Live project, working 12-hour days during the week and on weekends. The final accomplishment that I received: Bonus, Salary hike and a Termination Letter. Brutal 😭😭😭😭 Thank You 🙏

They have work available due to high turnover

Cons

Terrible shift schedule. Terrible worker morale. Low pay for dangerous and High pressure, dangerous job with lots of personal liability for possible workplace accidents. The union makes the scheduling of shifts based on the hire date seniority of workers through a bid process which is overly complicated and runs on a MSDOS based program which is hard to navigate and gives further seniority/advantage to those who know the system through familiarity.
