Its union, with decent benefits and a pension. Shift work. Good group of guys to work with.

Cons

A severe bullying culture, constant degradation, being made to feel like you are useless. They promote a "safe work culture" and press you to work beyond ability, very fast, with unrealistic goals. "If it rolls in, it'll roll out". Employees made to feel insignificant and replaceable. I'm literally a number.
