Works mates are great, pay is good average 400 a day, always outside in all weather conditions.

Nights, weekends, on call for the first couple years

Pros are great pay and thats really it.

Cons

Extremely combative work environment, management is hyper aggressive at penalizing and disciplining employees for perceived infractions. At the same time real dangers are ignored. Terrible work environment. Awful schedule , prepare to be sleep deprived for the rest of your life.
