Company culture has deteriorated in recent years

The people were great, strong teammates, great onboarding process, training and development opportunities

Cons

-Lots of overtime expected, very little work-life balance possible - difficult with children Previous management deteriorated the operating results and didn't focus on the right things, then made significant cuts to workforce, previous CEO was not an inspirational leader, engagement and morale was low, lack of trust from top management, not as much diversity as there could be and harder for women in the company to have mentorship opportunities
