You can't really start anywhere because many core aspects of the organization is in complete disarray. This is definitely from a personal perspective, but what happened to this reviewer happened to many other coworkers. There's so much ethically wrong with this company. Over the past few years there has been many reorganizations where many co-workers were let go and replaced with contractors who do not understand the business but have been granted high-levels of decision-making power. Growth is almost non-existent (personally this reviewer's promotion was killed from 3-month manager). HR is contracted out and rarely provides any support to employees. Usually if you have an issue, they'll tell you to just fill out an Employee Satisfaction survey. Granted, this wasn't the company when I first started - it WAS a fantastic company to work for which is why so many people stayed for a long time. But the organization let a lot of these individuals go. They let business knowledge and expertise walk out the door to competitors. And don't kid yourself - compensation is NOT at market thresholds no matter how much they'll tell you. This reviewer expects a wholly templated response. That in itself should show you your future with the company. Prior to leaving, I was doing 10-12 hour days and exceeding expectations with my team, only to get scolded for minor things... everyone from management to the VP. Originally I thought this was unique to only my team only to realize it affected most verticals.
