The only good thing was pay.

Cons

Never at home, unsafe equipment, sleep deprived, horrible management. They will fire people in a minute, especially if you bring any safety issue to their attention.

Pay and benefits. Paid training away from home with all expenses paid

Cons

Terrible management, constantly getting furloughed, suspended, or fired, management hides in the woods and watches you work, you will get in trouble if you don’t say the word over on the radio. They preach safety but really don’t care about your safety, if you get hurt, you’ll likely be fired, you’ll work away from home constantly, say goodbye to your personal life.
