used to have flexible WFH (but doesn't anymore). Education budget is gone. Zero perks left

Being 24/7 means our operations employees need to be onsite to adequately support the business. We do offer a hybrid work model for our corporate employees and continue to offer thousands of online courses in addition to our educational financial assistance program. The compensation is really good and there aren’t any other jobs that pay this much without any tertiary education required.

Cons

Poor life balance so you may find this job difficult if you want to go out for the weekends.
