Cons

Employer doesn't care about their employees. They say safety is a concern but its all about how the pie chart is divided up. They don't care about you or your family they just want the bottom $. 1 in 4 managers are good. They company refuses to try and improve work life balance.

Salary is great, tax return for meals.

Cons

Work, work, work. Company time and time again abusing collective agreement. No sleep no problem. People will run over their own mother to make a buck or throw you under the bus.
