Pros

Management has gotten less abusive over the last 5 years. Pay and benefits are better than most places that you can work without a degree.

Cons

Depending on what department you are in your experiences working for cn will differ greatly. It seems that the unionized employees are seen as little more than chattel. Depending on the department you are working in, work life balance can be non existent.

used to have flexible WFH (but doesn't anymore). Education budget is gone. Zero perks left

Pay is bad Leadership does not value growth and lack morals

Being 24/7 means our operations employees need to be onsite to adequately support the business. We do offer a hybrid work model for our corporate employees and continue to offer thousands of online courses in addition to our educational financial assistance program.
