Constant harassment by managers and admin staff. Constantly breaking collective agreements and are willing to discipline employees for knowing their rights and responsibilities

Competitive Pay and good Company stock incintive

Cons

Horrible Management in Marketing & Sales. Not a lot of upward movement if you are in sales. Department is led by people with no innovation or creativity. Toxic work environment. Management likes to make examples out of employees by embarrassing them. Absolutely no diversity.
