Great company, cool coworkers, some not but most are, amazing pay, training is very informative

Cons

Work/life balance is about the only con, that and you could be furloughed at any moment

the job inself is exciting as the plans chnage constantly so you have be concentrated and make sure you are able to bing in trains and depart them as fast as possible
