      Market salary or better, multiple benefits, solid business.

      Cons

      If they decide they don't want you, their is no loyalty, even after 20 years of great employee reviews/evaluations.

      Pros

      The paycheque and benefits are good but in line with industry standards, even though they try to sell you that they are above industry.

      Cons

      Lot's of nepotism, VPs hire their immediate family and promote them over more qualified employees. This creates a mid-level management that is very inexperienced and jealous of high performing employees.

      Pros

      Good pay, benefits and stock options. Some management truly care about their employees. I was lucky to have some wonderful managers in the last few years.

      Cons

      I am not at liberty to share true thoughts due to termination/severance agreement.
