      Pros

      Excellent benefits. Stocks, bonus (10% average, up to 15% of salary depending on company/individual performance), vacation, pension, insurance, discounts at many places including cell carriers and car manufacturers. HQ is located right in the heart of downtown. Many places to eat around. You can be trained to become a train conductor if you wish. Teammates can be very friendly, even family like but it can vary. Excellent work life balance. Possible to work from home.

      Cons

      Not much internal promotions. Instead, they bring in from outside. Work can be slow and boring. Lots of bureaucracy. Lots of political battles. Lots of fighting over resources.

      Highly independent environment that couples with a great rate of pay. Outdoor work in an ever changing and evolving atmosphere.

      Cons

      Long hours and irregular shift work can be a challenge. Difficult management that comes from an old school company mentality.
