Constant fear of being pulled out of service for minor infractions, whether you're a new hire or an old head. Too strict of a layoff policy, can only lay off three days in a twelve week period. Doctors excuses are not accepted. Any day of being marked off is counted as an unexcused absence. Stressful place to work. Quality of life poor.

For the coordinator position you have to bug other departments if they need help with their everyday tasks and when there is no work you're stuck at your desk going on the Internet. When there is work its very tedious and very high school level. as a recent graduate in engineering it is very hard to get that kind of position even if you have experience they are very biased so basically impossible to get an engineering position unless they really like you.
