Unprofessional management promoted with no educational background or leadership skills. Only railroad knowledge & buddy system.

The clerical workers even make $60,000 a year. Benefits and retirement package is out of this world.

Cons

Have a zero policy for laying off work. Have to get FLMA just for doctor appts although you get 10 days a year for sick time.

politics, more than normal, upper management are red necks, and if you want to get a break in the company, you have to know someone. Ignorance, a lot of racism.
