apprentice program was real good, working there you met so many people within CN and outside railways where you could gain knowledge....the company always listened to any complaints I had and resolved them,....

Cons

so many negative people...what I found the negative people always did as little as possible and were great union supporters.....

Cons

There's no discipline rule for employees. Which gives CN management unlimited options when disciplining employees. This can be very unfair to employees.
