      Co workers are generally great to work with, crews pull together to get assignments done

      Cons

      First layer of management very inexperienced, to the point of being redi ulous. By the time they learn how to do the job they usually have had enough of upper management and end up quitting

      Pay and benefits good job for single young people Most of the people are fun to work with but definitely a lot of different characters out there that's all really

      On call Away from home a lot, difficult to manage work life balance... price for the great pay Get the odd person you cannot stand working with but have no choice but to. Treated poorly by management
