      Great pay. Good benefits. Retirement beats any others on the market...if you last that long.

      Cons

      Terrible management and extremely low quality of life. Take note: They will punish you and/or fire you for things that you have no control over. If you're riding along with a mentor and your mentor does something wrong, something you're too new to notice, you're the one that gets in trouble. If you sign on with this company, trust no one. Union guys record your conversations secretly and use it against you as well.
