-Amazing training and support at the CN Campus in Winnipeg -Opportunity to make a very good living once qualified -Employee Share options -You can positively contribute to the Canadian economy

Cons

-Though the training portion at the campus gets an A+, your training received at your assigned location is sub-par. -Train masters and OJT's do not have your best interest at heart. They are hard to reach when you need them and are massive contributors to the negative environment.
