There are a lot of very smart people that work at this company. They need to be put to better, and more efficient, use as far as billable hours.

Cons

The company needs to learn to appreciate their workers, and to support them in their endeveors. The benefits used to be really good, however, they are now significantly reduced. Leadership, especially the CEO and COO, need to learn how to run a business in a more effective and efficient way. The other VPs in the company need to focus on getting the job done, not on how they can advance.

Lots of opportunities to work on a variety of topics and issues. Work is interesting. Great people to work with-generally down to earth and motivated to provide quality services.

Cons

Management lacks leadership qualities. Bringing money in is more important than the mission to provide quality research or the people. Management and leadership do not care about the people-cares about getting money in, spending the money, and providing product to client. Clients ask for research, but don't always care or trust research results or do anything with what you provided-frustrating. Mentorship is hard to find depending on the division you are assigned. Morale seems low.
