One day in office, and good benefits from CNA is probably the only pro for being part of this team.

Cons

The IA team, is overkill and has unreasonable expectation from the staff. They say that you only work 37.5 hour work weeks but in reality it is more like 60-65 hour workload. I have never seen an audit shop with unrealistic expectations. The expectation is that you work as it is a manufacturing assembly line.
