      Pros

      I've worked with some great and smart people here. It's a good place to get experience. People in the industry respect CNA. It doesn't have the name recognition as Chubb but those in the insurance industry know us. It is a good place to learn.

      Cons

      Not many opportunities for advancement. Small raises and bonuses, but that's probably true anywhere in corporate America. Merit based compensation.

      Incredible co-workers and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Unprofessional management who are biased and judge employees. They do not treat employees fair. Employees are held to different standards than standards as a team/group.
