Good people and the work itself was easy. Not challenging at all unfortunately.

Cons

If you are a non- exempt employee then you are treated as if you are child by having to punch in/out when arriving/leaving work and for lunch. Also it is hard to advance at this company (in my experience) than other insurance companies so promoting from within can only help with morale.

Good colleagues, good company, best 401k I've ever had.

Cons

Company management cannot seem to decide which way to go. Frequent changes in strategy are hard on morale.
