      Once a good place to work. No longer.

      Pros

      Comparable salaries to the industry. Friendly and knowledgeable co-workers.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is now focused on and seems to only talk about cutting overhead, which includes employees. Hiring for open spots have gone to less experienced applicants, increasing the workload for those with experience. New leadership has created a stricter work environment. Morale is low.

      Pay is adequate if you want to work long hours.

      Cons

      I've never seen so much employee turnover. No one stays longer than 2-3 years. No work/life balance
