      Learning about commercial insurance - convenient as a starting point to an insurance career Ok pay

      Most managers are incompetent (clumsy with microsoft package, misunderstanding of stats and numbers, mediocre at communication) All the good employees leave after a few years to go to competitors Bonuses and promotions are based on popularity and seniority, not competence Not willing to invest in people or systems
