Pros
- Participated in the underwriter trainee program with a lot of educational and professional development opportunities - Recruiting and onboarding was very professional - Mentorship program as part of your overall trainee program - Great leadership especially under the local office
Cons
Not too many cons about the company. I had to commute from the South Bay to their local branch in SF but that was a personal choice. Once you are done with the trainee program you are expected to travel but that is communicated upfront.
