The legal department is in a separate building from the rest of the CNA employees but we are moving to the main building in 151 N Franklin soon!

Talented and smart people on individual teams, good health insurance, nice amount of paid time off

Cons

"kill or be killed" atmosphere, zero work/life balance, some executives have nothing going on between their ears, some executives engage in blatant petty behavior, senior leaders seem to make decisions based off of what they feel instead of what the data, best practices, the market or their team recommend
