Pros
Co-workers are very nice and great to work with. Very supportive and helpful. Really good benefits and employee 401K match. Good PTO.
Cons
No work-life balance. Management likes to micromanage. Very command and control environment. Organization is going through many changes and so it’s more chaotic than usual. No work from home policy. The company espouses to be diverse and inclusive however management style is still more traditional model. No decentralized decision making.
