I was able to pick up as many days as I wanted to work.

Cons

The workers are drama, management is drama. They don't care about the employees. They barely care about the residents. The pay is horrible.

Pros

Ongoing change which is needed. People are nice for the most part. Comp and benefits are mid-range for market. Business performance is good and getting better so hope springs eternal for positive change for employee experience.

Cons

Corporate structure is ridiculously top heavy with needless layers of officers. Bonus is way under market unless you are an officer. Like most places, there are career opportunities if you kiss the right bottoms.
