Cons
Deliberate lack of transparency when attempting to transfer to new positions internally, hiding managers/depts who have gained poor reputations within the company. Sometimes expecting/promoting a frenetic work pace, routinely implemented new processes before they're fully fleshed out, only to have to regress and fix mistakes created by the new process.
