Great pay and remote working. A lot of freedom and opportunity to grow as an underwriter and work on a variety of businesses

Cons

A very disorganized place to work. The work model and systems in place make it very difficult to crank out work quickly and meet the unrealistic deadlines that will be put on you. You have to work overtime to get average results - which will be expected of you. Very tough gig to swing with high burnout
