Poor health insurance benefits. Too many managers and so many different expectations on every level including planing, visits, and even how to use systems.

Decent reputation and new stronger management in place that what was there in the past. Moving to a better location will help attract talent.

Cons

Too much mediocrity is tolerated in the organization. Pay also needs to be more competitive in the market in order to keep the high performers.
