CNA reviews

Management does not cultivate or develop fresh employees. The culture is extremely cut-throat and polarized between tenured employees and new-comers. There is no effort to promote teamwork and a collaborative environment.

Everything else imaginable about CNA sucks. I hate to think a company as profitable and successful as Loews owns this place. Any employee that has more than ten years there should be fired. I am a firm believer in losing all of the senior staff and starting over. The company has gotten progressively worse over time. The financials sucks and the management comparable to the Golden Arches. I'm glad I got out when I did and left no trace of this place on me. Turns out the reputation of post-CNA employees nose-dives elsewhere. I almost got laughed at.
