Pros
Questionable, having a paycheck?
Cons
Management is terrible and only worried about themselves. The culture is ridiculously bad and though they try to do "team building activities" it doesnt work because VERY few people actually feel valued. - Really? A lunch that is not a pot luck or you "pitching in funds" to eat would be a nice way to show, "hey we care". Anticipate mandatory overtime with no appreciation. Please do not have a family or a life outside of CNA because if you are called upon to be there, you had better be there. The structure and expectations are unreal. Even with high 90 % scores, you are still a bad employee for one reason or another. "There is always room for improvement" Not to mention the place is going down hill and the Denver Branch will be closing. Save your time and sanity and work somewhere else... Even the gas station! - Oh and unless you are a chosen one - Yes favorites are the only way to get somewhere, or you have a high level of education, dont expect career opportunities.
