Pros

The pay, benefits, and the underwriting program is great.

Cons

This company has become the new Chubb they work you to the ground. The higher-ups are pushing UA’s to be more like renewal underwriters, but they have not provided the tools or platforms to train us to be. They are still ironing out this process but expect UA to meet underwriting goals. Also, if you’re not in the office or near your underwriter, there’s a good chance you won’t have your job anymore.
