Cons

Very poor employee morale. Management treats employees very poorly. Nice to your face and then treated like prisoners or children. The expectations are unrealistic. There are people who are managers that have no people skills and should not be in that kind of position. They BS their way into mgmt positions with the upper management and lie so that is how they get into that kind of power. It is sickening. I have seen managers who lie about everything to everyone in order to make themselves look good.

Depending on your department, they allow you to work from home, they pay good salaries, and they allow you to work flexible hours.

Cons

They are very disorganized since they started to work with CTS as a vendor. It is difficult to get a project completed. Morale is very low.

Toxic and hostile! No training, no teamwork, no compassion, no respect, no organization, no advancement. CNO is awful.
