Pros

I know what to expect every day from my work. Relaxed dress code. On site fitness center, health clinic, and food court. Flexible work hours

Cons

Consistent overtime (sometimes mandatory 8-10 hours per week) yet they won't hire a new employee. Very little room for growth. When you try to apply within the company, management tells you no. Expectations are unattainable and constantly changing. Outdated systems that crash frequently. Management couldn't do my job if their life depended on it. Time off is a joke. "random" audits are not random- my supervisor has told me this. The office politics is ridiculous. The enforcement of policies is inconsistent. They tell us to speak our minds and bring up pain points but there's retaliation if you do. Training is minimal and ineffective because processes are changing every month.

Pros

No real pros except insurance, on site clinic and gym.

Cons

They frowned and pressured you didnt do overtime. They made it impossible to get a pay raise or a increase in your job. You really have to fight for it and its barely a cent. Management changes constantly so you never know whats coming next. Its difficult as hell to try to even apply to another department because no one responds to your applications. They make it painfully difficult to stay there. My recomendation, don't work here unless you want to be a drone and work at the same pay grade for more than 3 years

Pros

Onsite clinic and wellness programs

Cons

Everything about this company is a con. You are treated like a prisoner and are chained to your desk. You feel like your in high school having to tell them you need to go to the bathroom. If you step away from the phones to go to the bathroom, you are counted off on adherence which puts you on a performance plan. They block movement in the company to retain employees in the call center. Managers are nice to your face and gossip behind your back. The company makes promises they don’t keep to all of their employees. Under staffed and you are answering calls back to back with only two min breaks and hour lunches. Sometimes the lunches are only half an hour. Also, you are VERY under paid for what you do and even trying to advance in the company you will only come out making about $45,000.
