Pros

Pays the bills PTO Remote work opportunities

Cons

Upper management is not realistic when making decisions that impact employees under them and are not always receptive to constructive feedback. The raises are measly no matter how hard you work. They do not value hard work, only how things look. The health benefits are a joke because you know that you're going to receive high medical bills despite having health insurance. This company will out source your job the second they are able to. If they don't then they will smother you with work and act clueless when you express concern. I'm not sure how they'll stay in business because despite their lip service they've shown that they really do not care about their customers. This is a nickel and dime type of company. They'd rather pinch pennies than improve broken channels internally. They are not proctive, they are reactive which means as an employee you'll spend time cleaning up the mess of others. This company has only gone down hill since this current CEO took over. He's ruining the company with his "calculated risk" approach. You have know-it-all out of touch leadership making decisions that cause work life to be miserable for those below them. That's why talented people are leaving.
