Company initiatives in DE&I, employee engagement through wellness offerings, and personal growth provides a feeling of support.

Cons

Constantly rolling out new initiatives with little communication between key stakeholders that are necessary for change to happen successfully. This makes it difficult to manage projects and initiatives on top of normal day-to-day responsibilities without scrambling.

Incredible HR programs and great DE&I

Cons

The culture talks a lot about valuing their employees and taking care of their work force, but it's not legitimate. As always, the dollar is more important than their employees so they create sales contests that make back office employees work 55 hour weeks with little notice. They preach a work-life balance but don't deliver.
