Very poor employee morale. Management treats employees very poorly. Nice to your face and then treated like prisoners or children. The expectations are unrealistic. There are people who are managers that have no people skills and should not be in that kind of position. They BS their way into mgmt positions with the upper management and lie so that is how they get into that kind of power. It is sickening. I have seen managers who lie about everything to everyone in order to make themselves look good.

Mamagment likes to talk the talk but not walk the walk. They don't care about their employees and treat them as another butt in the seat. As someone who busted their butt for over 7 years, you would think they would treat you with more respect. Morale is horrible and management only talks about fixing things and then never does anything. As a former member of management, I know exactly how unfair they treat people.
