There are too few individuals with all the knowledge, and too many associates who rely on the few for help. Management means well, but they have no real knowledge of the products, processes, and procedures, resulting in less-than-ideal decision-making and goals. Management has lofty ambitions with an inefficient and awkward plan of how to achieve them. Therefore, those with the knowledge are left constantly fighting fires and cannot make any real headway in positive change. Management fails to listen to the most experienced and knowledgeable associates, which is troublesome and discouraging. Initiating and implementing change from an IT perspective is rather nightmarish since the company pushed out the majority of the IT staff to a third-party company and decades of experience and knowledge were lost. The company is now on a inordinately restricted IT budget. It is impossible to get simple things handled timely and important projects are prioritized poorly.

Worst management I have ever seen especially IT directors who do not have brains other than disrespecting own employees. The time I had worked there was the horrible experience I can never forget in my whole life and even HR supported the leaders. No career growth as well.
