Pros

Upper management cares about the well being of all employees. The working environment at COCC is very positive and employees are always willing to help one another. PTO is very generous, even for new employees.

Cons

COCC is running out of physical space in the building to hold people, but people are often not allowed to work remotely from home. I would suggest giving some employees who have a longer commute the option to permanently work remote.

COCC has been an excellent place to grow my career. They offer employees multiple opportunities to develop their careers through a robust employee training program. I feel like I have the tools I need to take my career to the next level. I feel the company truly cares about my success and I feel like what I do matters here. The people at COCC and on my team are outstanding folks, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
