Some managers are easy going free lunch is also nice

Not a lot of room for growth HR is difficult to work with Pay is far below market rate Most people tend to leave within a few months Some managers only got their position due to nepotism

If you dig deep into the CEOs and VPs you’ll find someway somehow they are related. Unless you’re in management, you’re severally under paid. There are little to no bonuses and some of management were hired due to nepotism therefore have little management experience. Expectations are high, pay is low.

Management genuinely cares about its employees and are always trying to do new things to help build culture and keep the work environment engaging. Great benefits as well with decent PTO

Compared to other companies compensation sometimes feels on the lower side
