They have a good culture and appear to truly care for their people. Benefits were solid.

Comp was below market, thought I don't think that was necessarily consistent across the organization

Overrated workplace, management will work you to death

Pros

Benefits are great, lots of PTO.

Cons

Pay is low. Management will work you to death and still expect more. Management also pretends to care about employees wellbeing, but it is fake and only deadlines matter. Teams are not collaborative and everyone works on their own with little communication.
