6yWe're not sure if this reviewer ever actually worked here! If they had, they would know that we've been focusing on several initiatives to grow our culture and employee engagement. One is Career Pathways - where we encourage employees to seek out new opportunities within the company to grow their skills and take on a new position. Another is wellness, which has been a major focus for us for several years now. We do not and have never had free cookies on Fridays! Instead we offer a variety of free, healthy snacks including fresh fruit most days of the week.
