Pros

Great and friendly people. Many are helpful and cooperative. Unique work perks and alright work life balance. Will pay your worth if you are good.

Cons

Decision makers are driven by Product team which consultation of Software team. Projects are driven by first to market approach which could mean tight deadlines for software development team, especially for big projects. Base pay is below market, but they are not afraid to pay your worth if you show it.

Pros

COCC is just an overall great company to work for. Everyone is very friendly here, very helpful. If you are stuck on something or just need some type of guidance to point you in the right direction. Benefits are great as well! I can go on and on how great this company is but you’d just have to experience yourself! I highly recommend it!!

Pros

Dynamic work environment. Plenty of growth and learning opportunities. Abundance of work perks as well as open channels of communication for recognition and feedback.

Cons

To achieve proficiency takes time as there is a lot to learn but nothing that can’t be overcome with a positive attitude and a willingness to continuously learn.
